Curtis Valentine
Curtis Valentine is currently an At-Large Member of the Prince George's County (MD) Board of Education, the 17th largest school system in America and second largest in Maryland. Curtis serves a Chair of the Policy, Legal, and Legislative Committee and founded the Male Educator Network of PGCPS (MENofPGCPS) and the #FatherhoodForum. Curtis is an Adjunct Professor of American History and Government at the Prince George's Community College (PGCC) where he founded the PGCC-to-Morehouse Pipeline to support community college students to transfer to Morehouse College. Curtis also advises the National Council on Teacher Quality (NCTQ) on how to improve the quality of Schools of Education and mentors Echoing Green Fellows A graduate of Morehouse College and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Curtis created the Prince George's Community College to Morehouse Pipeline Project to ensure all students have the same opportunities he had.
