CEO/Grief Hope Coach/Motivational Speaker

Zanetia Henry, a native of Waynesboro, Mississippi, holds and operates under many titles. Some of which are: CEO
of Operation Recovery Inc., Cobb County Violence Reduction Initiative Coordinator for Voices of Black Mothers United, Certified Grief Hope Coach, Motivational Speaker, Victims Advocate, State Certified Educator, and a Life Licenses Agent, but of all the titles, the two most cherished are Gee Gee and Ma.

Zanetia was blessed with two beautiful children, who in return blessed her with three amazing grandchildren. She is
graced with the opportunity to hold her daughter and grandchildren in her arms, but unfortunately, she can now only hold her unforgettable king, DreCharles Henry, in her heart.

Operation Recovery was organized with a mission to serve and support parents and children in estranged relationships in January of 2019. April of 2019, after the murder of her 22-year-old son Dre, the mission dug deeper and grew wider. Being a solution driven person, Zanetia knew she had to use her pain to fuel her purpose.

Operation Recovery provides support for grieving parents, advocates for stopping violence in the community, and provides opportunities for youth to serve in underserved communities. The foundation of Zanetia's work is "unity and love." She believes these two core values will bring an end to violence and restore the village.

“I didn’t choose this journey, this journey chose me. However, I can choose how I travel. I choose to travel hand and heart with others that have been chosen, while serving along the way.”
