Stacey Schultz

Dr. Stacey Schultz is a mother, seasoned educational leader, and professionally licensed coach with a proven track record of driving student achievement. As president of EducateLLC, a New York City-based company providing innovation and transformation coaching to educators, she leverages her extensive experience as a teacher and director of special education in a K-12 system. This experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by learners and a strong ability to build high-performing teams. She holds a doctorate in organizational change and leadership from USC and has completed her executive certificate program in leadership coaching at Georgetown; she is dedicated to continuous learning and data-driven decision-making. An informed, creative, and results-oriented leader with more than 20 years of experience, she is passionate about guiding educators and implementing innovative solutions, including practical technology-based tools, to foster meaningful learning experiences for all. Stacey co-hosts the podcast “Educate U.S.” and is co-author of the book “Transforming Collective Power” due out in 2025. In her spare time, she enjoys being active outdoors, traveling to new places, getting lost in a book/series, and spending time with her husband, three children, and two dogs.
