Rev. Jill Buckley

Rev. Jill Barnes Buckley has served as the Executive Director of Stewpot Community Services since 2017. She has a B.A. in Sociology from Mississippi State University and a Masters of Divinity (with a concentration in Urban Ministry) from Boston University School of Theology. She was ordained into the ministry in 2008 by Northminster Baptist Church, where she served as the Associate Pastor for Community Ministry for 12 years. Jill is married to Paul, who teaches 8th grade American History at St. Andrew's Episcopal School. She and Paul have one son, Benjamin, who is 13 years old all day, every day. Jill's superpowers include collaborating, listening, curiosity, and compassionate presence. She wishes she were better at the details. Jill enjoys music, reading, cooking, hiking, and spending time with friends.
