Hi Erik! 

I'm Lakeisha from JonAyves Learning Club. Recently, I was listening on your A Moment with Erik Fleming podcast where the topic was about Justice & Parenting Featuring Nekima Levy-Armstrong and Janice Robinson-Celeste. 

There were a number of takeaways and I wanted to request having Maxwell Roach, founder of JonAyves Learning Club, as a guest!

For context: We’re a tutoring organization, where we've had experience working with kids to tackle concepts such as long division by age 3.  We partner with hospitals, schools, child services organizations, and families across North America.

At the heart of it all is the 3 L’s: Love It, Learn It, Live It.

Through the JonAyves Method, we have 20+ curriculum books, with another 10 coming this summer. Maxwell has also been a guest on a number of podcasts, including with Darrin Preppard, Barbara Bray, Charles Williams, and more.

We were thinking that there’s a great fit for a conversation on how education, mental health, and one-on-one support work together to help kids thrive in the classroom.

Maxwell’s background includes touring as a musician alongside Beyoncé and the Rolling Stones, leading operations and consulting for multi-million dollar tech companies, launching health food products into grocery chains, and serving as CEO of a child care organization supporting 250+ kids. These diverse experiences shape his whole-child, one-on-one approach to education today.
