Lesley-Anne helps people come together across sectors, generations, and countries to talk about the big questions shaping our shared future: democracy, health, technology, and trust.
Her work sits at the intersection of youth democracy, global health, digital systems, and leadership development, with a focus on turning conversation into action.
Over the past two decades, Lesley-Anne has held senior leadership roles, working with organizations across the UN and World Health Organization ecosystem, as well as governments, development banks, global NGOs, academia, and the private sector.
A former family law barrister in London, Lesley-Anne’s previous roles having included serving as President and CEO of GBCHealth, launching Digital Square at PATH, being the Dean of a University Faculty, and building global platforms for frontline health workers in Africa, India and Pakistan.
Today, she is Co-Founder and Chief Strategist of Wonderfuture, where she designs carefully curated experiences and convenings that bring together philanthropists, educators, policymakers, creatives, and young people to imagine - and build - better futures.
One of Wonderfuture’s flagship initiatives is Lunch for Democracy, which creates safe, facilitated spaces for young people to talk about democracy, media, power, and civic life over a shared meal. What started in schools in the UK is now in schools and colleges in the United States, Africa, and Asia, with global expansion led by young people themselves.
