Julia Ismael

Julia Ismael (she/her) is the Founder and Head Architect of Aspirations of The Equity Consortium whose two word mission is to Institutionalize Equity. Yet, the title Julia is most proud of is Mother of Three. Julia boldly finds joy in bringing the gift of equity to the world by standardizing workplace complaint systems and offering community created equity assessments for organizations across size, field, and sector. Moreover, Julia finds satisfaction in providing equity advocates and practitioners with these very tools that help us all in our collective mission to rebalance power and enjoy financial security by providing a system of mutual support. She looks forward to the Consortium's monthly listening circles, a place between work and home to share story, curiosity, and wisdom as a necessary space to plan our collective future.
