Erin Lynch, Ph.D., Ed.D., CRA is a nationally recognized scholar and research executive dedicated to expanding STEM opportunity and highlighting HBCU innovation strengthening America’s scientific workforce. As President of the QEM Network, she leads more than $25 million in national initiatives that broaden STEM talent, grow institutional research capacity, and advance equity in higher education. A twice-tenured professor and former endowed chair, Dr. Lynch has generated $69.7 million in research funding and guided institutions to record-breaking growth, including a 270% increase in awards at Winston-Salem State University. Her expertise spans industrial-organizational psychology, curriculum and instruction, and nonprofit leadership, informing her work across federal policy, national research strategy, and organizational development. She is also the creator of WeHBSeeU TV, an NSF-funded digital platform showcasing HBCU research to over 200,000 viewers. Through scholarship, storytelling, and strategic leadership, Dr. Lynch is shaping a stronger, more inclusive national STEM ecosystem.
