Led by a call to action, Eboni is a management professional with a background in non-profit administration, program operations, partnerships, community engagement, and workforce development. She has spent the last decade working with public land management agencies on youth programs, DEI programming and facilitation, advocacy, community engagement, recruitment, inclusive hiring practices, and volunteer engagement. Outside of work, Eboni serves as a board member for Justice Outside, Georgia Conservation Voters, the Next100 Coalition, the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, and the Association for Outdoor Recreation and Education. She holds a BA from Duke University, an MSW from Columbia University, an MBA and MPA from Kennesaw State University, a certificate in business analytics from the Wharton School, and a PhD in public policy from Southern University and A&M College. In her free time, Eboni is an avid hiker, reader, and CrossFit enthusiast.
